Vintage Tammy 1964 "On The Town" Outfit #9168-6 • VHTF & Near Mint • Gorgeous!

Description

Tammy's gorgeous "On The Town" (outfit #9168-6) by Ideal was available in 1964 and most of the pieces are extremely hard to find. This listing is for the near complete outfit and includes the following:
• sleeveless sheath dress with light cream satin bodice and dark blue/green taffeta skirt with ornate gold braid trim at the waist. Small pleat in the back. Fastens in the back with two snaps. Black and white Tammy™ tag is attached.
• matching evening coat with white rabbit fur trimmed collar. Fur is thick and lays flat. (A small area is sticking up in the back, but that is just from being stored. It easily lays down.) Spotless full white lining.
• cream satin open crown hat trimmed with same gold braid as the dress.
• pearl choker (The original outfit had a pearl and gold bead necklace.)
• gold foil half moon clutch with pearl bead button. Marked "Japan." (I forgot to include this in the photo.) The original outfit had the same style clutch but it was black and gold.
• long white gloves with no snags, runs or pulls.
• pair of sheer nylons - one is slightly lighter than the other.
• pair of white low heel shoes with no splits. Both are appropriately marked "Japan."
No tears, stains, holes or repairs. Very clean and unwrinkled with no unpleasant odors. A white hanger is included. A stunning, near complete and extremely hard to find outfit for Tammy.
