    This is a very rare vintage Ideal Tammy family, Pepper & Dodi fashion, #6413 Graduation Ceremony. This outfit was made for the Japanese market and is rarely found for sale. The box is sturdy and straight with original cello and label. The outfit is never removed from box but the white shoes show some discolor on the sides. You can find this outfit on page 143 of the "Tammy Rarities From Around the World" by Cindy Sabulis and Rebecca Winger.  No odors and ready to display.
