An old vintage beer brewery advertising foam scraper or skimmer. This one is advertising R&H Light Beer. From The Rubsam & Horrmann Brewing Co. of Stapleton Staten Island New York NY. The scraper is single sided and measures 8-1/2" long.  Good condition as shown used with some light scattered wear from age and use and displays well.
