    90 day warranty. Tested by NEC trained engineer.
    This card supports analog phones, faxes, modems, etc. The ringing voltage has been tested on all ports to ensure a phone will ring. Lightning has a tendency to get into these cards when they are wired to off premise extensions without lightning protectors. The ring voltage is the first thing to go.
