    Interesting and unusual item here. A paper award; Royal Order of Atlantic Voyageurs, hand dated 1961. Appears to be a USN US Navy souvenir presented by Department of the Navy, Military Sea Transportation Service. I don’t think this is connected to the MOH awardee. But not sure. Measures about 10 x 12 ½ inches.
