The thick 4mm PVC cord on this jump rope helps with setting a rhythm and getting your heart rate up faster, and can be used indoors or outdoors on rough surfaces. It also won't tangle or kink like speed cables.

Easy size adjustment & cord
Newly designed cord ends allow for a much easier length adjustment and can be lengthened as well as shortened for a more customizable experience. The snap/lock system makes adjusting length incredibly easy. Simply slide the adjustable end to the desired length and trim off the excess cord with some scissors. Easily replace 4mm PVC cord when it becomes worn, or customize your PVC cord color.
