An original LED ZEPPELIN document listing each band members' instruments and their values for insurance purposes. Various handwritten notations (serial numbers?) on backside, as shown.

Measures 8" x 10", and displays beautifully, with no rips, tears, holes, or repairs. Two horizontal folds, as found.
