This is a guaranteed genuine vintage International Pop Festivals Inc. "Family Button" which was used for backstage entry for those with VIP access.
Very cool!!
It dates back to one of the earliest and most successful rock music festivals in history.   One that is now over 50 years old and an item that is extremely hard to find, one of the rarest from this festival.   My educated estimate is that about 1,300 of these (or fewer) were produced, as that would likely have been about the amount that would have been needed.  The surprising thing is how few of them survived.  I've seen a couple of the less appealing ones from the 1970 festival but I have not seen another one from this festival.  Atlanta Pop Festivals, Inc. was the corporate body that owned and hosted the event and this button (all my Atlanta Pop Festival items) came from the estate of the Vice President whom passed away in early 2019.
