This 8 by 10 photo shows Capt. Ronald Parker, Company Commander, congratulating SSG Theodore White at his retirement ceremony from 31 years of service as a reservist. Both were in HQ Comapny, 157th INF BDE, Training at ARACDUTRA "67", Camp Pickett, Va
The photo has some crimps and folds from being handled; otherwise, it is in good condition..
